Returns & Refunds
At Night Shift Club, we want you to love what you ordered.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Please note that as all items are made to order, we typically cannot accommodate returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the production process has started, so we encourage you to carefully review product details and ask any questions you may have before making a purchase.
If you need to edit or cancel your order, the request must be made within 12 hours of purchase. If your request is sent within 12-24 hours, we will do our best to cancel it, but please note that if your item has already entered production, cancellation is no longer possible.
Nonetheless, we want you to love your purchase, so contact us at support@nightshiftclub.co within 30 days of your purchase if you're not happy with your items we'll do our best to sort you out!
Returns
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:
Orders of more than 5 items, or high-value / bulk orders, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
These items are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold, and accepting returns on large orders has a significant impact on our small business.
For smaller orders, returns may be considered, and must meet the conditions below.
It must be initiated within 30 days of purchase
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
All return shipping costs, customs fees, and import taxes are the customer's responsibility
Returns must be sent to our designated address in Portugal
Once the returned items are received and inspected to confirm their condition, we will issue a full refund.
▲ Important: Do not initiate a return without contacting us first at support@nightshiftclub.co. Please note that returns sent directly to our printing partners will not be accepted or processed.
Refunds
We offer a comprehensive refund policy, so if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt and feel like your elegible for a full refund, simply reach out to our customer support team in the contact page or shoot us an email at support@nightshiftclub.co.
We will gladly provide a full refund if eligible, ensuring you have peace of mind with every transaction.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@nightshiftclub.co.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Please note that shipping insurance is non-refundable. Once purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded, even if the order is returned. Shipping insurance helps protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If you have any issues with a covered order, please reach out to us for assistance.
Also note that unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
