Section 2 — Our Products

Night Shift Club sells graphic apparel designed specifically for healthcare workers. All designs are original and owned by Night Shift Club.

We make every effort to display product colours and imagery as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen and device settings, and we cannot guarantee a perfect match to the physical product.

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at our discretion.

Section 3 — Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Night Shift Club reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is confirmed only once we have accepted it and successfully processed your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Due to our print-on-demand production process, cancellations may not be possible once an order has been accepted and sent to print. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you via the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Purchases are for personal or household use only. Resale or commercial use of our products without prior written consent is not permitted.

Section 4 — Pricing and Billing

All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, import charges, or shipping fees unless explicitly stated. International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply in their country.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment information. By submitting your payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Section 5 — Printing and Shipping

USA orders: All orders placed within the United States are printed and shipped from our facilities in Florida and Texas.

International orders: For customers outside the United States, we work with trusted print and fulfilment partners around the world to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched and handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Section 6 — Lost or Undelivered Orders

We do our best to make sure your order arrives safely. If your order has not arrived, please contact us within the following timeframes so we can investigate:

—   USA orders: within 30 calendar days of the shipping date

—   International orders: within 45 calendar days of the shipping date

 

Reports submitted outside of these timeframes cannot be processed and the order will be considered fulfilled.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Night Shift Club is not liable for orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

To report a missing order, contact us at support@nightshiftclub.co with your order number and shipping address.

Section 7 — Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to designs, graphics, slogans, logos, product names, and text — is the intellectual property of Night Shift Club and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our designs or brand identity may constitute infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

Section 8 — Refunds and Returns

Our refund and return policy is described in our separate Refund Policy, available on our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by that policy.

In summary: we offer refunds or reprints for items that are damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date with your order number and a description of the issue.

Section 9 — User Submissions and Feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other content to Night Shift Club — whether online, by email, or through social media — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and distribute that content for any business purpose, including to promote our products and Services.

You confirm that any content you submit is your own and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
