Canada:

LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS

We make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Once a package has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to deliver it. If your order has not arrived, please notify us within the timeframes below so we can assist

For domestic (U.S.) and regional EU orders: Contact us within 30 calendar days from the shipping date.

For international orders: Contact us within 45 calendar days from the shipping date.

If we do not receive a delivery issue report within these timeframes, we are no longer able to offer a refund or reprint, and the order will be considered fulfilled.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete addresses may fail to deliver, and we are not liable in such cases.
